Zameri Xofofe operates an educational webinar series designed for mid-career professionals who wish to understand and pursue advisory, consulting, and board roles. Our services include live webinar sessions, recorded session content available to registered participants, written reference materials distributed following each session, and access to a participant community space.
All content provided through our services is for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in our sessions, reference materials, or any other content we provide constitutes professional career advice, legal advice, financial advice, or any form of personalized guidance. Registered participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use session content and reference materials for their own personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not permit reproduction, distribution, public display, creation of derivative works, or any commercial use of our content without prior written permission from Zameri Xofofe.
Recording of live sessions by participants is not permitted without prior written consent. Sharing of session recordings, reference documents, or other materials with individuals who are not registered participants is a violation of these Terms.

During live sessions, participants are expected to engage respectfully and constructively. Disruptive behavior, harassment of other participants, or conduct that interferes with the session may result in removal from the session at the discretion of the session facilitator.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
